Jim Hering joined the firm in July, 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Jim served as a briefing attorney for the First District Court of Appeals in Houston. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1996.
Jim is married to Lorna Hering and has three children. He enjoys fishing, boating, coaching his children's athletic teams, and providing volunteer services to his church and community.
His primary area of practice is General Civil Litigation in State and Federal Courts.
