HANNA G. CLUCK

Hanna joined Pakis, Giotes, Burleson & Deaconson, P.C. as a law clerk in 2024 and began practicing with the firm full time after graduating from Baylor University School of Law in 2025. Her practice focuses on estate planning, with a particular passion for serving vulnerable populations and supporting families in life’s challenging transitions.
Before law school, Hanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Summa Cum Laude, from Abilene Christian University, where she served as President of both the International Justice Mission Chapter and the Student Social Work Association.
While at Baylor Law, Hanna gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including estate planning, family law, and criminal law. She clerked for Dunnam & Dunnam, LLP; Pakis, Giotes, Burleson & Deaconson, P.C.; and the Extraco Wealth & Trust Department. She also served as a legal intern with organizations such as the Central Texas Parent Advocacy Group, the Lone Star Justice Alliance, and the Texas Advocacy Project.
Hanna’s heart for serving others began early, shaped by her family’s role as a foster family. She has since volunteered with various nonprofit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Unbound Now, the Baylor Law Estate Planning Clinic, and Big Country CASA, where she advocated for children in foster care. Her background in social work continues to shape her empathetic and client-centered approach to the practice of law.
Hanna and her husband, Brady, are active members of Harris Creek Baptist Church and enjoy investing in their local community. In her spare time, Hanna enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and painting.
